Incorporation, Strategy, and Analysis:
Small businesses are the bedrock of the U.S. economy. Period. And, of
our current clientele, over 20% operate small businesses. More often
than not, however, they have utilized the wrong business structure before
coming to us. Or, they have the correct business structure, but no
strategy. Let’s solve that.
Small Business Incorporation:  Should you remain a sole proprietor?
Incorporate as a “C” or “S” Corporation? Organize as an LLC? Read my
article entitled, “Sole Proprietor vs. S-Corp,” to get some hints.  What I
know for sure is that you could be costing yourself literally
thousands of
dollars
each year by having the incorrect business structure. If we decide
that incorporating or organizing as an LLC makes sense for you, we
charge a nominal fee to obtain an Employer ID Number (EIN), check
your chosen business name against state and national databases, file
your incorporation or LLC papers with the Secretary of State, and
perform necessary follow-up to make sure everything went through
smoothly.
Business Strategy:  How can you hope to have a successful business
without developing a business strategy for at least the next three years?
“I’m not that big,” my new clients say. That is, until they find out that the
IRS or their state revenue department considers them to be as big as
Google or Microsoft. You need to look at your accounting, marketing,
employee benefits, and employer tax liability in order to avoid pitfalls and
plan out your business future.

Business Analysis:  Is your business floundering? Not moving forward?
Experiencing high turnover? Maybe the problem is in your operations
expenses, or your sales department, or your employee benefits
offerings. By applying over twenty-six years of accounting, employee
benefits, pension, and marketing experience and knowledge, we’ll
analyze your business from front to back and get you to the next level.

We believe there is a critical difference
between our firm and others that
perform only financial planning:  while
others will refer you to a tax advisor
after having designed a financial plan
for you, at Rukosky & Associates
Financial Group Inc.  you are
consulting with a tax accountant, so
we know your plan will succeed.
